A word of advise to job seekers from MPS :
1. Obtain the name, title, correct spelling and PRONUNCIATION for all interviewers. This information will come in handy when you mail/email your interviewer thank you letters. GOOGLE Interviewers names before or right after interview. Remember - you want to know as much as possible about Co. and/or your future Co-workers. You`ll be surprised by how much information you can obtain by performing Google Search on your Interviewers Name. Don`t be fooled by fast talking interviewers with flashy cuff links promising you the WORLD. If you are waiting to be interviewed for an hour and You are HIRED after spending 30 seconds with Interviewer......something is definitely wrong with Company You are thinking about joining. Invest your time and effort into something that will be a career and not just another job.
2. Research the organization and/or job. Check the company’s website for information or go to the library and research industry and corporate relevant publications. Also, by researching the company you will be able to ascertain the professional benefits, stability and growth potential of that company and what that means to you.
3. Know the position for which you are interviewing and review relevant duties and responsibilities. Be sure to ask about short and long term goals for the position during your interview. Review the place of business, check for anything that looks out of place or too good to be true, it probably is!
Location: MIDTOWN
Compensation: Salary is negotiable commensurate with experience. Bonus program tied to revenue growth. Package also includes a travel allowance, car allowance, paid expenses and Company sponsored medical benefits, 401k.
